We realize that homeowners call and get several estimates. This is completely fine with us. Unfortunately, there are people that take advantage of our time. In order to combat this problem, we have had to start charging certain customers for estimates. If you ask for an estimate and decide that you no longer need one, simply call us and cancel. For example: a customer calls us for a free estimate - we arrive the next morning to write it up - and there is someone already doing the work - we charge $ 35.00 for our time, and fuel. It just takes seconds to give us a call. We travel all over and try to get to everyone as fast as we possibly can. It is unfortunate that we have to do this, but our time is as valuable as the next.Thank you, mgmt.*
